</p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree<b> preferred.</b>
</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.</p>
</li><li><p>Prior customer service experience is <b>a plus</b>, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!</p>
