You will resolve questions and concerns, process orders, returns, exchanges, and credits accurately, and follow up to ensure a positive customer experience. In addition to providing excellent service, you will actively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, turning inquiries into sales through consultative conversations. You will also follow up on quotes, past purchases, and potential opportunities while supporting promotions and contributing to team sales goals.</p><p> Success in this position requires becoming highly knowledgeable about our product lines. You will guide customers to the best solutions for their needs and budget, stay current on new products and updates, and share valuable customer feedback with internal teams.</p><p> The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent along with at least four years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to influence purchasing decisions and explain technical or specialized products. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is also important.</p><p> We are looking for someone with a customer-first mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and confidence in consultative sales conversations. Attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are key.
