We&rsquo;re looking for a Customer Service Associate who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and introducing services that genuinely make life easier.</p><p>This Customer Service Associate role combines customer service and sales, allowing you to guide customers through their mobile options, recommend the best plans, and support them through account setup and activations. Your friendly, solution-oriented approach will help build trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships with every customer you serve.</p><p><b>Customer Service Associate Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Assist customers with plan selection, service activations, and account support using CRM tools and campaign-approved processes.</li><li>Provide personalized recommendations for mobile devices, wireless plans, and upgrades based on customer needs.</li><li>As a Customer Service Associate, educate customers on bundled services and promotions to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.</li><li>Troubleshoot service or billing concerns, coordinating timely resolutions through internal support channels.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account milestones for reporting purposes.</li><li>Contribute feedback to improve customer engagement strategies and outreach performance.</li><li>Attend ongoing trainings and mentorship sessions dedicated for Customer Service Associates to enhance your skills</li></ul><p><b>Customer Service Associate Requirements</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in business, communications, or marketing is a plus.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or telecom is preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.</li><li>Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with sales goals and performance metrics.</li><li>CRM proficiency and strong attention to detail for tracking leads and account updates.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
