<p>Company Description</p><p>Diversified Prints LLC is a photography lab serving professional photgraphers in St. Louis since 1976. We print our customers&rsquo; art and photography on a variety of materials&mdash;including silver halide paper, canvas, metal, fine art paper and more. We also provide custom framing and hand-made albums.</p><p>Located in Maryland Heights, MO, we help make our world a more beautiful and creative place.</p><p>Role Description</p><p>This is a full-time, on-site role located in Maryland Heights, MO. At the end of 2025, Rose retired. For more than 20 years, Rose worked our design counter for prints and custom framing and managed relationships with our customers. Rose had been in the photography industry for 40 years. We are looking for her replacement.</p><p>In this role, you will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide prompt and professional support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client inquires by email, phone and in person, addressing service-related concerns, providing product information, and assisting with the sales process. The role also requires maintaining clear communication with clients, working cross-functionally with internal teams, and providing a seamless customer experience.</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and delivering exceptional Customer Experience.</p><p>Strong skills in Customer Service.</p><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.</p><p>High school diploma or equivalent.</p><p>Additional education or certifications in photography, custom framing or sales is a plus.</p><p>Proficiency in CRM software or other customer support tools is desirable.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
