<p><b>Job Overview</b><br/>We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative / Accounting Rep to join our team! In this role, you will engage with customers and vendors for our company, delivering exceptional customer support while assisting in essential accounting and inventory functions. You will foster positive relationships with clients, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure smooth financial transactions. This position is required to have knowledge of SAGE Accounting.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone and email</li><li>Handle outbound calling to follow up on inquiries, confirm appointments, or promote services with a positive attitude</li><li>Assist clients with billing questions, payment processing, and cash handling accurately and securely</li><li>Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to update client records, invoices, and transaction logs using Microsoft Office tools and Custom Industry Software.</li><li>Support sales initiatives by identifying client needs and offering appropriate solutions or products</li><li>Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions to foster trust and satisfaction</li><li>Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues promptly and efficiently while adhering to company policies</li></ul><p>The current position needed is a part time position that may lead into a full-time opportunity.</p><p>Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 24.0 – 39.0 per week</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
