If you're someone who loves working independently but also thrives on being part of a team, this role might be your perfect match.</p><p>About the Role: Client Services Advisor (Client Success Partner)</p><p>As a Client Services Advisor, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a group of EMS and ambulance clients. You’ll provide day-to-day support, help navigate complex billing questions, and work across teams to ensure client satisfaction and account health.</p><p>This role is foundational to our department’s rebuilding efforts. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to jump in, help shape processes, and be part of something that’s being built with intention and purpose.
